Have you seen the light? Vivid light and musical festival, Sydney.

Vivid Sydney, the largest light and music festival in the southern hemisphere, is under way with 60 light installations around The Rocks and Circular Quay stunning onlookers. The four-year-old festival of lights, music and ideas, which runs until June 11, will leave hundreds of thousands of visitors hoarse with excitement, Vivid Light festival director Anthony Bastic says. ”Last year there was an installation where people shone torches into a tree and a light would interact with them, except somehow people thought they were supposed to yell at it. So this year we have Screaming Rapture, an installation that lights up when you scream at it – it’s very clever and a lot of fun,” Bastic says.
